Primacy Cars was created to deliver executive transport with greater structure, professionalism and care. Based in Cambridge, we combine real-world operational experience with intelligent coordination systems to provide a calmer, more reliable and more refined journey experience.
Primacy was not built
from theory.
For more than 14 years, Tino Neves worked within the Cambridge transport industry, gaining first-hand experience across airport transfers, corporate journeys, educational travel and executive mobility.
During that time, he saw that many transport problems were not caused by the journey itself — but by what happened around it: unclear communication, weak coordination, limited visibility, inconsistent standards and unnecessary pressure on both clients and drivers.
Tino’s experience also includes specialist transport coordination for educational institutions and summer school programmes in Cambridge, where reliability, safeguarding awareness, airport timing and group coordination are essential. This exposure to complex, multi-party journeys helped shape the Primacy approach — and later inspired the development of Primacy OS.

For clients travelling with educational institutions, Primacy OS also supports digital travel credentials — clear journey information, safeguarding details and verified driver identification before the journey begins.
